About your opportunity

We currently have an opportunity to join the Drainage team which involves maintaining all Council’s Drainage infrastructure.

Applicants will need to be team orientated, multi-skilled and have the ability to complete a full range of tasks with minimal supervision along with participating in early starts which may involve working outside the ordinary spread of hours maintaining the CBD area.

Knowledge and experience in concrete, drainage infrastructure maintenance and/or construction, pump maintenance and a medium rigid licence are essential.

What we can offer

This permanent full time position attracts approximately $61,992 per annum (this includes Industry allowances). In addition superannuation is paid at 11.5%. Other employment benefits include salary sacrifice, uniform allowance, 9 day fortnight (38 hr week), annual leave loading at 17.5% and provision of all relevant and approved protective clothing.
