Maternal and Child Health Service

North-west Victoria is currently experiencing a higher rate of families with complex needs, periods of high birth rates and shortage of qualified and experienced MCH nurses across the region.

This is putting pressure on the system and creating some unique challenges.

To help our local MCH team, Council is asking for feedback from families who use the services, have used the services, or are likely to be using the MCH services in coming years.

We need to understand what is important to families and if there are any changes that could be made to make the service more accessible and effective.
