Engineering and Capital Projects Manager

Fixed term position based in Swan Hill.

Situated on the beautiful banks of the mighty Murray River, Swan Hill Rural City covers more than 6,100km2 and is home to just under 21,000 people. As the Engineering and Capital Projects Manager you will hold a Post Graduate Civil Engeering qualification with at least five years experience in the Civil and Municipal Engineering field including experience in design and construction, project management, with at least two years experience in a management position.

You will be accountable to oversee the delivery of plans, strategies, projects, programs and services for Council’s engineering services, waste management, quality assurance functions and the effective management and surveillance of major project contracts and contractor activities.

This appointment will be a five year fixed term Senior Officer contract.

Salary

Attracting a total remuneration package up to $160,000 per annum.
